When falling or staying asleep is an issue, focusing on our breath can help. Join this workshop to learn how to use your breath to take your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
We will also explore a fun way of preparing ourselves for a good night’s sleep. And touch upon some basics that may also be behind your sleep issues.
