Make Every Meal Count

FREE Healthy Eating and Behaviour Change Training for those working with adults or families in West Northants

This training is only free for another few months - so get in touch soon!

Public Health in West Northamptonshire have teamed up with Community Health-Works UK CIC to offer free training on healthy eating and lifestyle behaviour change for different groups in the workforce who work directly with adults and families. The training has been very well-received by various teams so far and is relevant to anyone in a client-facing role who works within statutory services or commissioned services working directly with these same client-groups. It is sadly not designed for schools.

Here's what participants said:

'The depth and scope of this training was very impressive’

‘Excellent speakers...very relevant to my role’

'I’m bringing up the topic of healthy eating more instead of avoiding the subject and acknowledging my own potential biases’  - Strong Start Team, WNC
