Ready to transform your relationship with food and improve your breathing? Join our new 'Making Friends With Food' online community for those with COPD. Here's what you can look forward to: · Learn which foods and drinks best support living with COPD · Master practical cooking skills tailored to manage COPD · Discover tips for better digestion to improve breathing · Overcome barriers to healthy eating · Connect with others facing similar challenges · Enjoy cooking together and have lunch ready by the end of each session! Health-Works have partnered with Spring Social Prescibing in Northamptonshire to offer several group series for people with pre-diabetes and diabetes. These practical and educational sessions have provided people with this health condition with the tools, knowledge and practical skills to manage their diet and wider health. All those who attend have found the sessions invaluable for putting a diabetes-friendly nutritional approach into reality and many have experienced postive impacts on their health, including weight loss, feeling more energetic, HbA1c markers and blood pressure improvements.
