Health-Works brings you a series of 6 online cooking classes, using easy to find ingredients. You will probably have some of them in your cupboard already. You don’t need fancy equipment or unusual ingredients either.
We will show you some of the ingredients you will love to cook with to make a family favourite quick supper that will be ready in 15-20 minutes.


Our first taster session kicks off on the 21st February at 4pm. During this session, we'll show you how to cook one of our favourite quick suppers that can be ready in 15-20 minutes.
